Stronghold is a licensed real estate brokerage company, authorized by IMPIC (Instituto dos Mercados Públicos do Imobiliário e da Construção) to offer a mediation service in the purchase and sale of real estate assets.
This habilitation allows us to assure our customers that the transactions are carried out with the required transparency and formality.
Thematic Assets
Thematic real assets appear as a complement to traditional investments and allow a diversification of assets, whether from an active (hands-on) or passive (income asset) management perspective.
Currently, there are specific sectors with a special growth perspective, taking into account variables such as demography, energy transition and sustainability (ESG).

We offer a specialized service to support the identification and analysis of investment opportunities within the Golden Visa program (Portugal).
